Hello, my name is Karilynn !
My life mission to help others release the weight of trauma and learn effective tools to live in alignment and harmony started with my own healing journey...
Worry was always the forefront of my day and feeling scared are some of my earliest memories. I was diagnosed with OCD at a young age and found my "safety" by gripping onto control with whatever my obsession was at the time. I came to a place where I was determined to find freedom from this anxiety. I was no longer going to put bandages over my trauma.
When I made the choice to explore new ways of healing I decided to connect with the the fact that we are energetic beings and the stagnancy of my energy is what was causing so many of my presenting problems. My views changed from the victim mentality and thinking that like was happening "to me" to life is happening "for me". I am the creator of my journey! I dedicated years to in-depth certifications that have taught me the beautiful ways to go within and to find the answers I was seeking. Through my education I embodied effective Spiritual tools with my whole being and now teach others how to do the same!
I was able to uncomplicate my healing by nourishing true connection within.
I weave together tools that are innately understood which makes them life changing.
Learning and embodying many modalities I have completely transformed my mind , body and soul. There is no other place I would rather be than guiding others to do the same because I know first hand finding freedom from this negative cycle is 100% possible!
