My name is Karilynn ! Worry was always the forefront of my day and feeling scared are some of my earliest memories. I was diagnosed with OCD at a young age and found my "safety" by gripping onto control with whatever my obsession was at the time. I came to a place where I was determined to find freedom from this anxiety. I was no longer going to put bandages over my traumas.
Learning and embodying many modalities I have completely transformed my mind , body and soul. There is no other place I would rather be than guiding others to do the same because I know first hand finding freedom from this negative cycle is 100% possible!
